You can check your RYOEX deposit bonus under the "Credit" section in cTrader. Your Balance reflects your current account funds, including your total deposits and realised profit or loss. Your Credit reflects your current bonus funds.
Your Balance plus Credit makes up your Equity, which represents the funds available for trading.
Important Notes
Please review the following points before using the deposit bonus.
- The bonus is provided as Credit and can only be used for trading.
- The bonus will not be credited automatically at the time of deposit. It will be credited as Credit within 1 business day after your bonus claim is submitted.
- The bonus amount is calculated cumulatively at the account-holder level, not separately for each trading account.
- The bonus itself cannot be withdrawn. However, profits generated from trading with the bonus can be withdrawn.
- If you make a withdrawal or transfer funds from an account that has received a bonus, the bonus may be forfeited.
- The bonus may be cancelled if there is no trading activity for 30 days or more, or if the account becomes dormant or is closed.
- If duplicate bonus claims across multiple accounts or any abusive trading activity is identified, RYOEX may cancel the bonus, void any profits, freeze the account, or take other necessary measures.
